Is Adaptive mode for charging advisable

Is charging my phone using adaptive mode good for my battery? Or should I switch back to Maximum mode.

Hi, from my understanding, Max mode charges till battery level reaches 80% & stop which seems to be good for longer batrery life.

Adaptive is like maximum but it estimates based on your phone usage when you sleep then uses maximum mode while your asleep then when your about to wake up it will switch to basic battery protection. So adaptive is pretty good if you want that extra 15% to use when you wake up and still protect your battery
