Multi Window problem

Hi... anyone know how to troubleshoot multi window in Samsung Galaxy A51? My pop up window and split screen cannot be open suddenly..

Thanks... yesterday I update all galaxy essential apps... and after restart my phone... the multi window view can be used... 😁
