Galaxy ATo address the issue of WhatsApp Business icons not showing up in your contacts on your Samsung A53 and A34 devices organically, you can try the following steps:
Update WhatsApp Business: Ensure that both WhatsApp Business applications on your devices are updated to the latest version available on the Google Play Store. Sometimes, outdated versions can cause compatibility issues.
Sync Contacts: Make sure that your contacts are synced properly with your WhatsApp Business accounts. To do this, open WhatsApp Business, go to Settings > Contacts > Sync Contacts. Choose the appropriate option based on your preference (like syncing all contacts or only contacts with WhatsApp Business accounts).
Check Contact Integration: Samsung devices may have additional settings or options related to contact integration. Go to the Contacts app settings on your Samsung devices and look for any options related to integrating or linking contacts with messaging apps like WhatsApp Business. Ensure that WhatsApp Business is selected for contact integration.
Reinstall WhatsApp Business: If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling WhatsApp Business on both devices. This can sometimes resolve any software glitches or issues.
Consider Shopify Design: Additionally, if you're running an e-commerce business and need assistance with Shopify design, focusing on user-friendly layouts and seamless navigation can enhance your customers' shopping experience.
Contact Samsung Support: If none of the above steps work, you may need to contact Samsung customer support for further assistance. They may have specific troubleshooting steps or updates related to contact integration on Samsung devices.
Regarding editing the marked area in your contacts organically, you can try the following steps:
- Open the Contacts app on your Samsung device.
- Find the contact you want to edit and tap on it to open.
- Tap on the edit (pencil) icon usually located at the top or bottom of the screen.
- Find the section where you see the Meet icon and tap on it.
- You should see an option to change the icon. Tap on it and select WhatsApp Business icon instead.
- Save the changes.
If the above steps don't work, it's possible that the specific Contacts app on your Samsung device doesn't allow customizing icons in that way. In that case, you may need to use a third-party contacts app from the Google Play Store that offers more customization options.
