One Ui uses more RAM than One Ui 5.1

During that time I'm using One Ui 5.1, my RAM always have 2GB or more that I can use. Everytime I clear my RAM in One Ui 6, it always have 1.7GB available for me to use.

Is there anyway to clear out my RAM as much as possible?
