phone automatically restart

Hi I'm currently using a Samsung A21s and I'm facing a problem which my phone will automatically restart when I'm using a plug in earphone may I know anyone using the same model phone facing same problem and is there any ways to solve?

i think its the motherboard issue.If your phone is covered under warranty bring it to the nearest service centre for check up.

I sent it to a service centre and they said it might be the memory card problem so now I took it out and see if there's any result
