Hello, my phone always read memory full after upgrade newest android software. Please how to solve this. How to set recent android version?

You can transfer your file to Samsung Cloud or clear the memory.

Please try below steps:

1. Setting> Device Care > Memory > Clean now
2. Setting> Device Care > Storage > remove unused file

Regarding your 2nd question, how to set recent android version.

If you wish to update your software please try below steps:

1. Setting > Software Update > Download and Install > Download>Install now.

*Note: Make sure your device have more than 50% battery to proceed install now.
