Bro one ui 2.0 runs on android 10 its more faster and smoother than android 9.Im using s10+ and based on my usage and opinion the upgrade from one ui1.0 to 2.0 gives more power and clean look.The screen on time has increased and we can see cleaner ui and faster response of the animation and gesture.
