I don't understand why the built-in screen recorder isn't available for lower end Samsung phones. It's literally a piece of software.

Actually the reason why is sometimes cheaper phones would not get a lot of feature.The more expensive phones you buy,the more feature you would get.

True that it's just part of software, however, processing power and amount of running processes will take heavy toll on cheaper phone as it uses lower end specifications. Yes, it could possibly runs on third party software but whether it could work 100% without running into a problem, is another thing..
And yes, it's not fair,.. for high end phone user to basically have the same feature with others.🙃 😉
