Yeah, try @scinex method and plug the SD card directly into a PC card reader to make sure the card is readable. If require recovery of data, try use Recuva on Windows to deep scan and recover ur lost data. Beware it takes time to deep scan which mine was up to 24 hours of scanning for 16GB worth of data but got back all my data though.
I've lost data on Kingston 32GB microSD back in 2011 in my Galaxy S1. Switched to SanDisk and Toshiba 32GB where both failed once on me in 2015 using inside Note 3. From then onwards, replaced with Samsung Evo Plus 32GB for Note3 & 64GB in S5. Got 128GB for the launch of S7 edge. Then another 256GB for my S10+. All 4 samsung cards still active till this day without failure or need of recovery. Maybe I am just lucky or they are that bulletproof of a product

i also experience the same thing but i didnt recover the lost data.. i cry🙃🙃.. from then on i use samsung sd card until now.. oh.. that happen in my S4😁
