Software update paused on samsung A5t

I just bought my samsung A55. But the software update paused. What must i do. I have connect it to wifi, but still didnt work. Is anybody face the same issues woth me?

Nope still software update pause. I didnt factory reset yet

I guess you should factory reset and see whether it works or not. If still not working better go nearby service centre and ask them about it.

So if i factory reset all my apps , photo lost right? So i must back up first
