Someone please help me.. Why I can't update my software using my phone? It says it's not available and suggests me to update it using a computer via smart switch. When I use smart switch, it takes a very long time to finish the update and it's stuck at 0%. Please help me, I don't know what to do.

It sounds like your phone might be facing a software or storage issue. Here are a few things you can try:
1. Check Storage Space – Make sure your phone has enough free space for the update. Try clearing some storage and restart the update.
2. Restart Your Phone & Router – A simple restart of your device and internet connection might help.
3. Use a Different USB Cable/Port – If Smart Switch is stuck at 0%, try using another cable or a different USB port on your computer.
4. Disable Antivirus/Firewall – Sometimes, security software on your PC may interfere with the update process.
5. Try Another Network – If updating via Wi-Fi, switch to mobile data (if possible) or try a different Wi-Fi network.
6. Use Samsung Recovery Mode – If all else fails, boot into recovery mode and try ‘Wipe Cache Partition,’ then attempt the update again.
If none of these work, you may need to visit a Samsung Service Center for further assistance. Hope this helps! 🙏🙏🙏
