[SOLVED] A34 5G unable download pdf

My A34 5G phone unable to download pdf file (telco bill) from the apps.. when tap on download button only show loading symbol few seconds before dissapear and nothing happen.. done few troubleshooting but still the same..Anyone facing same issue?

Hi, have you tried downloading Google apps such as Google docs, Google sheets. Etc.

Hi thanks for response.. already installed but didnt work.. still the same cannot download my bill pdf file on few apps..

Do your bill have an alternative download, such as sending it to email. Etc.

Yes.. download directly from website instead of apps..

So as a temporary fix you can use it that way for now. Until Samsung fix the issue you're facing.

Hi fyi Samsung Malaysia team suggest to allow all permision in apps setting (cam. Contact loc. Phone. Mic) and now problem solved.
