Galaxy AI am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the service and quality of your products. In January of this year, I gifted my wife a brand-new Galaxy A54, which has had network connectivity problems from day one for both SIM and WiFi.
We visited your service centre at Gardens Mall multiple times. Initially, the motherboard was replaced, but the issue persisted. On the second visit, the antennas were replaced, but this also did not resolve the problem. In an effort to rule out external factors, we replaced our Home routers and SIM cards, yet the issue remains. We hoped a software update would fix the problem, but even the recent update two months ago made no difference.
On July 13th, we returned the phone to the service centre. Today, on July 27th, we still have no confirmation on when we will get the phone back. This clearly indicates a hardware manufacturing fault, which is not an isolated incident as a quick online search reveals many others facing similar issues.
Additionally, I own a Galaxy A73, purchased two years ago directly from your website, with the expectation of longevity supported by your software update guarantee. Unfortunately, this phone has also disappointed. It stopped fast charging, frequently detects non-existent moisture, and now has two vertical green lines on the screen following the June update and appeared while Reading casual news one after another with a gap of a week. The estimated repair cost is a staggering 1000RM++, which is unacceptable for a phone that should have lasted much longer without such critical issues. In India Green line issues have been promptly addressed with a replacement due to manufacturing faults but only for flagship devices.
This situation is not only incredibly frustrating but also traumatizing. It's shocking to see such poor performance and reliability from a brand I have trusted and supported for years. I have been a loyal Samsung fan since the Galaxy S1, and both my children use Samsung phones (Galaxy Note8 and Galaxy A32). I still have a Galaxy S5 that is almost 10 years old and works just fine. I have also owned Samsung fridges, washing machines, microwave ovens, and TVs without any complaints in the past.
I am deeply disappointed with the quality and service of your recent products and support centres. I hope you can address these issues promptly and restore my faith in your brand.

Galaxy AForgot to mention , Had to buy a Vivo phone spending 1000+RM so that Samsung support can keep the phone until the warranty is over or the problem is fixed.

Galaxy AReceived my new flip 6 on the 5th August. Called product support on the 12th August as unable to connect to Android Auto. They remote and cannot solve the issue, asked me to send to their service centre.
Sent the phone to Samsung AEON C180 service centre on the 13th Aug and they resoftware. Collected the phone and test, issue not resolved.
Sent the phone again to Samsung Sunway Pyramid on the 14th August, they again resoftware. They returned the phone to me on the 19th August and I tested, Issue still unresolved.
Returned the phone to Samsung Sunway Pyramid again on the 19th August, Up till 23rd August issue still not resolved. Asked me to give them another 2 weeks.
What is the purpose of warranty if you cannot even replace brand new phone after trying and issue still not resolve. Exactly 23 days and still waiting. Really lost my confidence on Samsung phone.
