Why SM-A515F update then no have sound

Dear samsung why my phone update already then no have sound go to setting see also don't know what happen i restart and power off many time also like this my phone is samsung a51. Who know what happen to this ?

Have u try factory reset ? Rmb backup 1st ya ..😀

Do u have important photo , video , contact or others important things inside ur phone ..if yes , u copy to ur laptop 1st ..

Aft factory reset , all apps u previously installed will uninstall, all ur data will erase ..(like a new phone)

Try to see aft reset ..will the sound come back or not..
