Dear samsung why my phone update already then no have sound go to setting see also don't know what happen i restart and power off many time also like this my phone is samsung a51. Who know what happen to this ?
Before factory setting your phone, I'd advice you to first try wiping system cache. By doing this, you wouldn't lose any of your datas or apps. Factory reset should always be your last resort (at least for me as there's always a chance of us accidently deleting some valueable pictures, videos, data etc).
