Why there's is no adaptive or auto refresh rate?

Hi I noticed Samsung until one ui 5.1 does not have a option for auto or adaptive refresh rate to save phone battery such example if turn on auto or adaptive refresh rate , while playing games or using other heavily task will auto switch 120Hz refresh rate then if using the as not in heavily apps or task or playing games will auto switch to 60Hz refresh rate to save battery. 

Hope in one ui 6.0 Samsung provides it.

On the A52s, there's no Adaptive refresh rate, you can pick from 60 Hz (Standard) or 120 Hz (High) and you'll get what you choose at all times.
