Does anybody have the same issue? The Gallery app gets stuck on a loading screen when I try to edit any photo. The edit page never loads, and the app must be force-closed to exit.
Example of what happened: * Open Gallery. * Select any photo. * Tap the edit button. * A continuous loading screen appears, and the app becomes unresponsive. *If the Galaxy AI button is selected instead, the screen freezes, and you cannot back out but you can still scroll the photos. If exited and re entered, the screen is black. update: now it crashes instead, can be seen from attachment Attempted troubleshooting: * Cleared cache and data for both the Gallery and Photo Editor apps. * Confirmed all software is up to date. * Tried editing various photos. A factory reset is not an option. Error report has been sent through Samsung Members app. This happened very frequently. Apparently its very common amongst online members sharing the same issue too, some citing happening after the recent update. If anybody has found the solution to this, please help!!
