Nasi dagang (ناسي داڬڠ) when literally trans- lated means "trader's rice", this Malaysian (Terengganu State)dish generally comprises a variety of rice mixed together and cooked in coconut milk with fenugreek(halba), resulting in deliciously creamy rice texture. It is commonly served with tuna fish curry and extra ingredients such as pickled cucumber and carrots.
