already change battery but same problem happen

samsung galaxy j7 prime

i use samsung galaxy j7 along time but after change the battery, the problem still same. i also reset the battery stat at *#9900# and reset it but still same. can you guys suggest a few solution for this?

for me, my j7 prime already dead to the world. even charging, it only show 'SAMSUNG' then showing black screen. maybe they have outlived their 'prime' 🫠

it's really because the prime phone is the best phone😭

Battery status can only be fully reset by Samsung own service centre. No possibility if replacement is made at other shop.
