Any body comes across with customer who cannot receive TAC number or OTP
From bank or other online site please try below troubleshooting method ;
Go to setting-App-top 3dots-special access- use premium sms- select always allow
Sim card telco problem or network problem , look at youtube how to fix this and go to service centre as last solution
I've facing the same issues yesterday. The TAC Code weren't coming after several attempt. Called the bank and they said it's about telco or line problem. Then I tried to call the telco but unreachable. After about 3/4 hours, then I received my sms code. Maybe the solution is to just wait for such an hour until the telco line back in service..
