Why samsung stopped pushing updates since January 2024

Samsung brand is not suppose to do this with there low budget customer, means since AI came , they stopped pushing updates even security patchs to other series smartphone. 

And now , its intolerable.

What phone do u have?
If budget phone, usually you don't get updates on monthly basis.
You get monthly updates starting with Galaxy A5x series.
