In gallery, my pictures and videos blank and cant to play or open it. Plus, it cant delete too.please fix it ASAP

It's software issue. Other brands are also facing the same problem. Wait for future software updates. Alternatively, you may try these methods if it can help:

Clear cache on gallery. (Hold press your gallery, click app info, clear cache)
