can you mention those apps you can't use? try to reinstall those apps from the playstore.
p.s : Some mod APKs can't be used on Android 13, with the reason being their developers haven't released the Android 13 compatible version of them. (mod APKs are not good for your device)
go keying app in Google play . I use it for typing Chinese in WhatsApp or telegram . it's smooth n functional before up-grade on yesterday ... after up-grade, the keyboards can't show out except Samsung keyboards... wordless...
