This is unbelievable, one of the highest rating phone will have this issue ....... and it is not been addressed??? When shake handphone will have rattles sound at the camera area due to the optical lense .... seriously i just bought my note 20 ultra for less than a month only and i found out this issue. I mean this is annoying.. starting to doubt why all along i choose to use samsung if the phone quality is not constantly improving compared to iphone .... furthermore i came across a post buy Samsung support team . It says avoid violently shaking to avoid misalignment of lenses ... hello ... some game requires shaking so does that means my phone is alw at the risk of camera misalignment?????
Also just want to know does it happen to all the note 20 ultra or only mine...
