Galaxy Note
I'm galaxy note fan and my newly few months old galaxy note 20 ultra has make me mad and frustrated. This is 1st time having very bad experience dealing with samsung customer care with visited their premise more than 7 times n 2 times sending my device there for the above mentioned complaint analysis and end up unable to solved the problems. It has been dragged about 2 mths n until now they still asking me send back for checking. May I know when can finish this nightmare and who will pay for my time n money loss????
