Call recorder app unable use in Samsung devices with Android 8.0 & above. Is it Google disable this feature?

Maybe yes it is. Very first of Pie update recorder worked smoothly. But when it got June Patch then the recorders stopped working. I thought maybe it's my Samsung device issue. But i was wrong. Nokia, Xiaomi and even Asus devices are also experiencing this problem. I saw it from my friends devices.
Maybe a new patch is coming

yes, after Android 9 (pie) update call recording is not working even use 3rd party apps only can record one side party not both way
