Who know how to delete this folder? I cant get rid of it

Try first to go to battery and device care - device protection - scan phone to check whether your phone is ok or otherwise.

Why not you try to delete some unused pictures or videos in chat app, just to update your recycle bin. Then, press empty recycle bin one more time.

Hmmm, this is really peculiar.

One thing to check.
Go to my files app - 3 dots - setting, uncheck show hidden system files.

I think it's a hidden file which is not suppose to be permanently deleted.
Let me know the outcome.👌
