Nope just a regular restart. First turn on the power saving mode and set motion to 60hz

Hi AnythingTech, I'm on the same boat with you, but with green lines on my S20+ out of nowhere. May I ask if you allowed a software update recently? Or do you have a hunch on what caused the problem?

I consulted an authorised Samsung service centre and they insisted that the only way to fix it is a screen replacement, which costs above RM500, only 3 month warranty, with no guarantee that the issue will relapse.

I find it unfair if the issue did not originate from the customer's usage pattern and that Samsung should do something to rectify it for users who have experienced it recently.

Sigh.....Joshua, it came out of no where. In the morning, was fine, half and hour later, ta da, a pink vertical line right in the center. I don't stress the phone, I don't remember dropping it, in samsung cover. I always updates when asked to. But there it is, bright pink line.

Yes, seriously unfair to us. No fault by us at all. It is a flaw that samsung NEVER rectified.
