Galaxy NoteI consulted an authorised Samsung service centre and they insisted that the only way to fix it is a screen replacement, which costs above RM500, only 3 month warranty, with no guarantee that the issue will relapse.
I find it unfair if the issue did not originate from the customer's usage pattern and that Samsung should do something to rectify it for users who have experienced it recently.
