Galaxy NoteActually, they had a screen replacement program that just ended in March 2024. They only charged RM80 for labor costs. I am frustrated because they did not take into account customers who only started having this issue from April 2024 onwards. We don't know if they are ever going to provide this service again. Which is why I hope if everyone facing this issue can bring it up in Samsung Community, then maybe some action will be taken, because once again, I highly doubt this problem is caused by the user. It is more likely to be a manufacturing defect / fragility and non-durability of the materials used for the OLED screen in their high-end phones.

This is Samsungs big fan and a basically life long customer, my whole family uses Samsung devices and now i am disappointed to see the green light and to find out that it's a common thing that Samsung is CAUSING themselves and won't even help you with, i was literal hours away from buying the new samsung s24, it has been my dream phone for a few days now and when everyone said to buy iphone or Pixel i was like no, I want the best phone on the market, so I was browsing happily on my phone when i saw the green line and just a mere google search has led me to know how Samsung repays their customers and is blatantly ignoring their issues, so yea, I am being forced to buy the phone I was hating on for years, aka iphone, because Samsung became ***, nice..... And this is honestly making me eat every positive word I ever said about this garbage(I still love it but i feel betrayed)
