Dual Whatsapp Picture Cannot View in Gallery

Hi did anyone encounter dual whatsapp / 2nd whatsapp, when send or receive picture, it cannot view / found in the gallery.

This problem is so annoying 😪

The smart tutor is more likely regarding delete the .nomedia file ? Or turn on the media visibility ? If yes both this 2 solutions, i did tried 2 days result still the same. Even find customer service technician they also giving this solution but both not work. Really no idea how to solve. 🤦‍♂️

I am facing the same issue too. Yes, media from the 2nd Whatsapp cannot be found in gallery and also the WhatsApp folder is also missing from the "Dual App Folder". I have tried to disable Dual Messenger, delete WhatsApp and reinstall. Initially all media from 2nd Whatsapp appears in gallery after restoring from backup but short-lived, it disappears after awhile. Though missing from gallery, the media are all intact and can be viewed on WhatsApp. You cannot even take a pic from WhatsApp to share in the 2nd WhatsApp, it give "The file format is not supported" error msg.
I am sure Samsung will recommend their standard response to do factory reset, boot-up in safe mode, etc. I have done all that.
I suspect this has something to do with the phone OS policy to segregate btw Business and Personal data; as I noticed after dual messenger is activated for Whatsapp, under "Accounts and Backup" -> "Manage Accounts", "Auto Sync Business Data" option appears.
Not all 2nd numbers are meant for business, some are personal too.
I have googled this and seems like lots of Samsung users are facing the same problem.
Probably, Samsung to do the same setup and see the problem themselves.

correct, this is what i facing too. Until now still unsolved. I already give up to find the solutions. Everytime the picture i receice at dual whatsapp or wanted to send the picture it will stated not supported format, unfound in media.

Samsung recommend solution does not solve the problem at all.

I have given up trying and resort to install "WhatsApp Business" for my 2nd number. It does not seem Samsung even bother to response.
