Kudos to Samsung, finally fixed it.
Previously edge lighting unable to work or show during screen is locked, even when " Always Show " is selected.

Now it finally worked,
Nice Samsung 👍

Updates
- it's only work on certain apps; WhatsApp, WeChat,  and etc

- Instagram not working
