In most other countries Note 10 series have already already been updated to March 2020 security patch. We in Malaysia for some reasons have not received it.
Not just March security patch, perhaps more significantly there is also an upcoming update to One UI 2.1 for the Note 10 family expected in April 2020. This is the One UI version that runs on top of Android 10 in the Galaxy S20 and Galaxy Flip, with of course some new enhancing features - something to look forward to in these bleak days.
