I have security updates on dev6,so I updated, after some time I need to change my device, so charge, when I checked, I shaw a green line apper on my device, now customer service asking money for repair.

Firstly, sorry to hear your phone encountered this issue.
It's to hard to say for now what's actually causing the problem. A balance view of an article written about this can be found at https://www.androidauthority.com/how-to-fix-green-line-issue-on-phone-screen-3342058/
Unfortunately, the display need to be replaced by sending to a Samsung Service Centre. If no more warranty, then it's a difficult customer service journey.
