Hang on We Chat

I was update in last mont when was telling new update. After I update it was hang , lagging on my we chat app. Totally can't open and can't using. Last week have a new update again. I have been tried to up to date. But still can't working. What should I do without format or delete app.

Have you tried to clear cache for wechat?

try to repair the apps. power off the phone. hold powder and vol up button till you see a Menu. select app repair. try and see

Same place/option where the wipe cache partitions and factory reset can be found.
