Hotspot Connection disconnect while incoming call

Hi... can someone enlighten me..

Sharing hotspot 

While incoming call will disconnect the hotspot provided

ya .. for most smartphone that i use .. everytime someone call me .. it will turn off ur mobile data .. when got call on whatsapp , facebook or instagram or whatever else social app .. doesnt disconnect ur mobile data .. so that base on my experience ..

it happened sometimes if you are using the data and receive call on the sim..nothing to worry it's just network problem not of mobile..

i am using 2 mobile handset...
1. Huawei P30 Pro - hotspot will have 2.4G & 5.0G - will not have this problem...

Why can't Samsung improve on this ...
