How to display conversation on lock screen?

I am new to ONE UI, and honetly samsung OS is complicated and not friendly. I was using color OS and it is better than samsung's. Ok done complaining, back to the question, as you  can see on my title, i noticed that conversation notification does not display on lock screen but alert notification does and you have to tap the expand button on alert notification to see the conversation and it is very annoying. Is there any settings i need to set up or is this some real complications from samsung?

Hi, first of all , welcome to the Samsung Community ..😃 here is the step to see the details of conversation on the lock screen. You have to go Setting > Lock Screen

You will see "notifications" in the lock screen. Then , tap into and change default "icon " only to the "details"

Yes i have done this, but it doesnt solve this issue, anyway i just found that there are only 2 choices whether to show alerting notificafion or with silent notification, you can see in the picture you shared on 'notification to show'. I think we still cannot see conversation directly on lock screen
