Do all the steps, most of the time your problem will be solved.😄
1. Force Start your device by pressing Power/On button + Volume down button
2. Test the device temporarily for a few hours in safe mode, to determine if there are any issues with third-party apps.
:- To enter SAFE MODE, simply follow these steps:
a) Restart your phone
b) When the SAMSUNG logo appears, press and hold the volume down button
c) HOLD down the volume down button until your home screen is loaded
d) Once home screen is loaded you will see the word SAFE MODE at the bottom left of your screen
e) To return to normal mode simply restart your device
(If you are unable to get this mode on the first attempt, try to repeat the steps again)
If the issue is resolved in safe mode, please uninstall any recently downloaded or updated apps.
3. If it happened after a recent update by the app, reset the app preferences by going to (Settings > Apps > More/tap on the 3 dots on the top right of the screen -> Reset App Preferences).
4. Clear cache of certain apps that might cause the phone to hang. Go to (Setting > Apps > Pick an app > Clear Cache).
5. You may also use a Smart Manager for apps cleaning and security (for Android 5.1 and above).
6. Do a reset settings by going to (Settings > General management > Reset > Reset settings).
7. If the same issue still persists, please proceed to back up all data and do a factory data reset:
a) (Settings > General management > Reset > Factory data reset)
b) Please ensure that you have backed up all your data on a SD card on to your computer to prevent data loss, and removed your Samsung account first to avoid being locked out of your device after factory reset.
c) Your device will then proceed to wipe all data and reset your device settings.
