NEED HELP! Previously, I used a 3rd party app to manage my social media screen time. There, I could set the time limit to use the app EACH time i opened it. This was a great feature as the app was automatic. Unfortunately due to bank apps security requirements, I can no longer use that app. However, this is not the case on samsung. You can only set a time duration for the apps u used via modes only when turned on the modes manually. The automatic feature only allows you to set either complete restriction when u open the apps, and you could only turn the modes off by quitting the app yourself.
As someone with lack of self control, does anyone have any advice on how to mitigate this via samsung modes?

You could try setting up Modes and Routines with specific triggers—like time of day or location—to automatically limit social media use. Combine this with Focus Mode under Digital Wellbeing to temporarily pause distracting apps. Also, consider adding a secure app locker as an extra barrier.
