Issue: When restart phone, NO samsung logo & No "powered by android" logo.
Normal phone should display both Samsung logo & "powered by android logo" during restart.
During restart the screen just blank, after few seconds I can feel the phone vibrate. After waiting more than 40 seconds after restart, the AOD Always on Display clock appear.
