Another great example of Samsung selling sub standard devices to us users.... Was in the process of removing my Noye 20 Ultra from my Spigen slim casing today and the whole back cover was detached in the process!! Lucky for me cos I noticed it and and started to remove it extra cautiously. 

My Note 20 Ultra was bought from Samsung back in December 2020 and has never been sent to any other service centers besides Samsung centers themselves and this was also for once only, when my battery overheated (sent to them and they declared everything was OK despite it clearly NOT being ok). 

To the Samsung moderators who are reading this, how much of complaints from us loyal customers of Samsung mobiles before you guys wanna bring this matter up to the upper management to see what can be done to compensate us Note 20 Ultra users?! Just here alone in the Samsung members app, how many Note 20 Ultra users have complained about the green and pink lines?! Or are you guys gonna be saying that all those who complained about these lines have abused their phones in the exact same manner and that's why they get the same exact problem?! I have used Samsung mobiles ever since smart phones came about and I've NEVER had any of my previous phones in a situation where the back glass cover comes off by itself (and mind u, I'm the type of user that takes very good care of my phone, u won't find a scratch on it till today!).

I've personally encountered a HUGE issue with my previous Note20U, the display literally delaminated from the glass, leaving a grey-yellow border around the edge, it was awful. Bare in mind, I baby my phone like a madman, never dropped it once, and it had only been a year when the delamination began. No idea what's wrong with Samsung these days

Note 20 no have problem so far this time.Just Note 20 Ultra have problem now.

Yes @GalaxyNoteFit, we are all very aware of your problem free Note 20 as you've already posted this very same msg numerous times in all the Note 20 Ultra complaints posted here.

Like I've said, we're all very aware of of it so you can stop posting this same msg whenever a post regarding the problematic Note 20 Ultra appears. And if you're doing it just to garner points to alleviate your active level, try posting smtg else my friend cos it doesn't feel very nice when someone keeps implying that you're a fool for forking out 5k for a worthless piece of ***e.
