Note10 plus One UI 2.0 update

I bought my phone from Malaysia.Now I live in Bangladesh. My Galaxy Note 10 plus has not received the One UI 2.0 update(Android Q).I want to use the beta update

I dont think Note 10 bought from South East Asia will get the beta.. Only for Germany,USA,South Korea and India unit .
