Samsung Cloud is used as the essential backup for my Note 10. But how do I find out storage status of Samsung Cloud - for examples how much of it has been used up for backup, how to subscribe for extra storage, etc? According to the information here https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062054/ I should go to Settings, then Accounts and Backup, then Samsung Cloud, then Storage plan. But when I do that (when I tap on Samsung Cloud) all I see is description of what apps being backed up. So how to know the status of one's Samsung Cloud and how to subscribe for larger storage?

That partly helps, on storage utilisation of the free basic plan - thank you. But where or how we subscribe for bigger storage plan? Actually I posted my query after watching this YouTube https://youtu.be/p_PlfHkw_rU - at 6:39 when he taps Samsung Cloud it shows the cloud storage utilisation, and the ability to subscribe for more storage. I suspect it's a country thing - I think we don't get to see the same for devices in Malaysia. Just my guess.

Hi, maybe below pictures helps. If you click on Samsung Cloud tab under account, you will see details. Normally, 15Gb is allocated free.

Cheers.

Thanks for trying to help but your post actually highlights the issue. As I posted earlier, if I go to Settings, then Accounts and Backup, then tap Samsung Cloud what I get is different from you - see pics

Aaa I see. Are you able to login to support.samsungcloud.com?
My location is Malaysia and under Samsung Malaysia wty, hence the same feature should apply to you as well.

Yes I can login to support. samsungcloud.com no problem - this method was actually suggested by MusZico13 in an earlier response. For now that's the only way I can know my Samsung Cloud size utilisation. For lack of any facts, I just suspect it's a country (I am in Malaysia) or carrier issue (I just changed to Unifi Mobile unlimited data).

Try search for samsung cloud in app section and check for update or any irregularities. To my opinion, both country or carrier is not the one causing this.
Just my two cents however.

Have a nice weekend Bro.👌
