Just got back my note 20 ultra after screen change. Can't retrieve most APPS I back up to laptop. Like SAMSUNG MUSIC and VOICE RECORDER n SMS. said I did nt back up properly
Well, that maybe the laptops fault or your phone's motherboard. It can sometimes not be able to transfer data after some kind of repair. You can ask Samsung directly.
