My Gakaxy Note 10 Lite has screen burn in at the tip if the screen at the control center. J can see the burn in if I'm looking at something white because the burn in is nit that bad yet

Galaxy NoteHi!
As with all things in life (including us!), wear and tear happens to the best of things. Any screen will have a lifespan, and OLEDs will show by way of burn-ins (other factors including temperature, brightness, usage etc.).
The Galaxy Note 10 Lite clocks in at around 5+ years old, pretty solid for a gadget! You could consider an upgrade to a new device (not necessarily the latest model), and it should carry you for another 5 😃
