Screen colour not sharp

Why my new note20 ultra black colour not sharp. Like cheap phone. When i take selfie, my hair colour to contrast. Anyone got same problem with me?

Already going to service centre but still same.

Is the photo at your device screen not looking sharp or the photo view at computer not sharp ?

for the black colour issue - try turning off the hdr features.

for the sharpening issue - try to check your phone's screen resolution. 1080 and above looking good.
