Smart Pop-up view / One ui 3.0 bugs

Hi, 

Im using smart pop up view as floating notification and just updated to one ui 3.0 recently. Didnt have any notifications issue when receiving calls from whatsapp or signal app when i was on one ui 2.5. But after the update, calls from both of these apps wont show up on screen as shown in the pic below:

But it works if i change the floating notification to bubbles:

I prefer to use smart pop up because bubbles does not support signal and whatsapp. Its a hassle to just unlock your phone, open app and unlock it (using fingerprint lock on signal and whatsapp) before i can accept call. Does anyone else face this?😕

I set to bubbles for notification and Whatsapp calls work just fine, I mean if my phone is locked , no need for me to unlock it first. I could answer the call straightaway.

Yeah, with bubbles it works just fine, not in smart pop up view though. I had to unlock the phone, open whatsapp or signal only then can i accept or reject the call.
