I bought one of those pre ordered units but yet to receive the latest android 10 update. Am wondering, how many pre ordered owners that have received the latest android 10?
This is a bit strange. I also have the pre-ordered Note 10+ from Samsung Malaysia and it got updated by Dec 20th to Andriod 10 and then an update with Jan 2020 patch got installed OTA last week. In case you don't get an update you can always flash it via Odin by first downloading the Malaysia andriod 10 ROM from Sammobile website. Other option is to get your device checked from Samsung Service Center to fix this.
that's what I was told by the customer service, apparently there's some bugs reported in the recent update and advised only to update upon receiving the notification
