I am unable use the phone to connect to car blue tooth calls. However, I can still use it play the media. I have followed to Samsung technicians advise to start in safe mode and try to connect. Still not working. This problem happens after I updated the Samsung software. My car is camry. Please help.
Try to reset or forget of current setting of your phone and car bluetooth setting. and then try to re-pairing blutetooth of your car and phone once again.
Somehow, the update may bring issues not from updating samsung software, but from your car audio outdated firmware as well.
