Update Issue..

My Last Update was in December  2019.. everyime I check for update ot tells me my software is up to date 

I'm in Trinidad and Tobago  and I bought my phone for a registered Samsung Dealer 

Can someone tell me why this is happening and if the dealer is not selling the phones for our market ?
