Users aren't happy about a bug brought by software update on Note 10+

Users report that they can't access the internet while on a phone call. This issue is discovered after recent software update on Note 10+. Samsung is yet to give a solution but will resolve this soon.

Need VoLTE access from telco network. If not supported .. while call cant access internet. this ia normal.

well it cant even handle mlbb game... worst gameplay ever after new note 10plus update. Have to press twice / 3 times just to have skill activate... only 1 game were installed.. what ashame.. battery wow faster than before. laggy & heat up with just 1 gameplay.. please the graphic setting already set lowest.. i dunno what else to set lowest.. already force stop most app before play and yet... omg.. i have ditch supporting samsung from now... my worst 3 years changing of samsung phone 3 times 3 samsung! . and realise another brand which is cheaper and can have longer faster gameplay.. man, this note10plus is 4k plus.. actually a less than 2k phone better than this? anywhere bought another phone which is lower price and have more longer gameplay... exynos...you really have to change...
